Clean Your Tongue after Brushing Teeth

The research found that most of bad breath happened not because of the existed bacteria that is left in your teeth because you do not brush your teeth properly but it is happened because the existed bacteria that is left in your tongue. It is explaining the existed phenomenon of those who already properly brushing their teeth but still suffer with bad breath. The existed bacteria that are left in your tongue created an acid that makes the left food becomes sour and create a bad breath. They really like to hiding in the back of your tongue so that they would not only survive from toothbrush but also from oxygen that would be able to killing them.

After you are brushing your teeth properly, actually there are still 50% of bacteria that is left in your tongue. The only way to remove it is by using the tongue cleaner. All you need to do to clean the existed bacteria from your tongue is by moved it gently from the back to the front of your tongue.
